On Thursday, July 11 at 10:30 a.m., Lorraine Harwelik will present Chair Yoga. According to Ms. Harwelik, a registered yoga teacher, licensed New Jersey educator, and dual-certified clinical herbalist, people can have pain-free joints, and develop efficient and graceful movement right from their own chair.

She will guide participants safely and effectively through a series of yoga movements that have been specifically created to lengthen and strengthen muscles, allowing joints a freer and wider range of motion. Whole Health™ Chair Yoga is beneficial for all yoga levels and teaches fundamental concepts of human body movements.

The programs are free and open to all. To register, visit the library’s website at www.wmlnj.org, click on the Online Calendar, or call 908.789.4090 option 0.
