WESTFIELD, NJ – Westfield police are currently investigating other parties involved in a recent prostitution arrest, according to Sergeant Michael Walsh of the Westfield Police Department.

In last week’s police blotter, Westfield police reported the arrest of Ling Chen, a 53-year-old woman from Westfield. Chen was charged with one count of prostitution and one count of promoting prostitution. She was processed and released on a complaint summons.

“There were other parties were involved and it is an ongoing investigation,” Walsh said.

Chen was operating out of Therapeutic Center of Westfield on Lennox Avenue, according to Walsh. No further information is available at this time, he said.
