Emergency Food Distribution Event

Any Union County resident needing COVID-19 emergency food supplies can come to the event. Free COVID-19 vaccinations and tests will also be available to all Union County residents.

This is a walk-up event. Those coming for emergency food supplies are advised to bring a cart or wagon.

The event is open to all Union County residents. Masks and social distance are strongly recommended. Please note the following:

  • Emergency food supplies are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. No registration is required to receive food.
  • Testing is available on a walk-in basis. No appointment is required.
  • Vaccines are available on an appointment basis. Appointments can be booked online at ucnj.org/vax. Walk-ins may also be seen as time allows.

COVID-19 vaccinations will be available. Johnson & Johnson (for those 18 years or older) and Pfizer (12 years or older) vaccines will be offered. Appointments are recommended. Residents can register for vaccines by calling (908) 613-7829 or visiting ucnj.2120check.com/home.  Along with vaccinations, COVID-19 saliva tests will be available as well on a walk-up basis.

Masks are required for residents picking up food at the walk-up events
