Navatman South Indian Musical Colllective at Westfield Memorial Library

On Saturday, February 8 at 2:00 p.m., the Navatman Music Collective, a one-of-a-kind choir that explores the depth and beauty of Carnatic music will perform. Although the music is South Indian classical, the choir imbues it with diverse, contemporary influences.

Known for their "lavish, paradigm-shifting choral sounds," Navatman finds joy in the pure act of singing. Based in New York City, Navatman brings to Carnatic music new presentation formats, original compositions, and a sense of diverse community.
