BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ - More than 3,000 people attended opening night of the Mount Carmel Feast on Tuesday, July 16 – making it the biggest crowd for the event in years.

And the fun isn’t over! There are still three more nights that people from near and far can enjoy great new rides and games, beer tent for the adults food like zeppoles, roasted corn on the cob, fried oreos, and other favorite Jersey fare. But there is also a world-class entertainment lineup, along with kiddie fireworks at 9:30 pm Saturday night. Admission is free for the rest of the week; Friday and Saturday night are wristband nights for rides; $25 gets you all-you-can-ride access.

“We’re thrilled to offer Feast-goers great music and entertainment acts that they can enjoy while here at our event,” said Mount Carmel President Joe Franchino. “The week of music culminates with Bon Jersey, a favorite Bon Jovi tribute band, on Saturday night, along with amazing fireworks, courtesy of the renowned Garden State Fireworks. We couldn’t have asked for a better turnout on opening night, and we welcome people back, or for the first time, to experience this better-than-ever Feast.”
