BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ - Video has surfaced on the internet Friday morning of Logan Kelley, 26, a 2012 Gov. Livingston High School alumni from Mountainside and basketball all-star, allegedly murdering a female in Tijuana, Mexico.

Kelley was arrested in Tijuana, Mexico on Wednesday night for allegedly killing a 19-year-old nightclub worker, Isis Montoya, according to reporting by New Jersey Advance Media. Kelley is accused of walking up behind the victim and fatally slicing her neck with a knife that was recovered at the scene by police, according to the San Diego Union Tribune

"In a graphic video circulated on social networks, Kelley appears to be wearing a coronavirus mask as he walks behind Montoya and puts his arm around her neck, stabs her, and then throws her to the floor. Kelley then runs away with a security guard chasing behind him while the victim appears to be struggling on the floor," reported the San Diego Union Tribune.
