NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ - An attorney representing the parents of a Rutgers University student who jumped to his death because of fears that an intimate encounter with another young man had been web cast said that while a notice of intent to sue the university has been filed, no firm decision on taking such action has been made, according to a report in MyCentralJersey.com. The family of Tyler Clementi has six months after filing a notice of intent to decide whether to file a civil suit. Meanwhile, the university issued a statement denying responsibility for Clementi's death.
