For over 40 years, New Brunswick Tomorrow has been known for addressing the most pressing issues in the community. Issues that are sometimes very complex in nature, and sometimes, not so much. Something as simple as a coat drive can have a significant impact in our community and we are fortunate that our local partners recognize that. They also realize that NBT is the place to go to when they want to drive results and get things done.

New Brunswick Tomorrow, through its partnership with the City of New Brunswick's Youth Services System Program, recently met with Mike Fiore of SOUND Healthcare Communications, a local marketing and advertising agency that was committed to giving back to the community this past holiday season. As a result of partnering with NBT to address a community need, over 25 children in New Brunswick received new winter coats and cold weather accessories thanks to SOUND Healthcare Communications.

The recipients of these thoughtful gifts participate in New Brunswick's local Youth Services System and our very own Family Friendly Center (FFC) at Redshaw Elementary School. These programs provide educational support to elementary school students and also help link families to available services throughout the city.

NBT is grateful for partners like Sound HC. The children were all smiles and the parents were grateful that their children would be warm outside this winter.  Throughout the year, there are lots of ways to get involved and help fulfill the needs of our young people. If you are interested in partnering with NBT to impact the lives of New Brunswick's youth, please contact Jian Bland, Director of Community Youth Services, at jbland@nbtomorrow.org.
