The college said more information would be coming about commencement in April.

The school's 11,000 or so students on its New Brunswick and Perth Amboy campuses as well as its main campus in Edison will continue remote instruction through the end of the spring semester.

The college had previously announced that remote instruction and general college operations would continue to at least April 17.

On March 19, the college announced that a part-time staff member at Middlesex County College had tested positive for coronavirus COVID-19.

The worker, who was last on the Edison campus on Thursday, March 5, was the college's first confirmed case, according to a press release issued by the school.
