NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ — People in Middlesex County should keep an eye out this weekend for a man who’s suspected of trying to coaxing kids into his car with clothes and toys.

The Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office released photographs of the suspect, along with a press release, tonight, June 30, just as Fourth of July weekend was getting underway. The announcement included a reward to “anyone who anonymously provides information leading to the apprehension” of the man.

The suspect drove a white Toyota that authorities believe was a Corolla, according to the prosecutor’s office. He’s a skinny white man—either in his late 20s or 30s—with an unshaven face, a gold Yankees hat and a red Nike T-shirt, according to the press release.

The prosecutor’s office and Old Bridge police are offering “cash rewards” to “anyone who wants to provide information anonymously,” either by phone or online.
