Covering sections of Middlesex & Somerset Counties, including parts of Hunterdon, Gloucester and Mercer counties, the New Jersey State Federation of Women's Clubs (NJSFWC) of the GFWC College District is actively looking for women to join their local clubs.
With clubs located in Bound Brook, Bridgewater ,Branchburg, the Brunswick area, Cranbury, Edison, Flemington, Franklin, Green Brook, Hightstown, Hillsborough, Lambertville, Martinsville, Metuchen, Montgomery, Piscataway, Princeton area, Somerville, South Plainfield & Tewksbury, the NJSFWC offers many opportunities to make a difference in your community.
If you are interested in community service opportunities, leadership training, and in general looking to have fun, then a woman's club is the right place for you. Through participation in local clubs, the NJSFWC enables its members to make a difference in the lives of others, one project at a time.
Diverse in age, interests, and experiences, all clubwomen are united by a desire to create positive change, meet others, while enhancing and benefitting their communities. NJSFWC members represent a broad range including teachers, business owners, social workers, elected officials, medical professionals, homemakers, corporate executives and professionals, students, and retirees.
We welcome everyone, so join us for an Open House on Saturday, August 24th from 1:00 pm -3:00 pm at the NJSFWC Headquarters, 55 Labor Center way, New Brunswick, NJ for refreshments, information, and a short program.

The NJSFWC is celebrating 125 years of community service in 2019. Established in 1894, among its accomplishments are the founding of the New Jersey College for Women (now Douglass Residential College) in 1918, the establishment of almost 75% of all public libraries and through the efforts of the NJSFWC, the formation of the Palisades Interstate Park Commission, which was established to oversee the preservation of the Palisades.
