NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ - Police are investigating an incident in which a man was robbed by two males after they asked him to make change of a $100 bill.
The robbery occurred Wednesday at about 1:50 a.m. near the intersection of Stone and Prosper streets, according to a press release from Rutgers Police.
When the man, a Rutgers student, pulled out his wallet to make change, he was assaulted by the two men who "removed items of value" from him.
No weapons were used in the incident and it is not known in which direction the men fled.
The victim refused further medical attention on the scene.
According to the release, the descriptions of the men are "limited at this time.”
