NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ - Two men who were shot on Seamen Street on Thursday are refusing to cooperate with the authorities, according to a statement released by city police.
New Brunswick police detectives are investigating a shooting that occurred at about 12:15 p.m.
The two men who were shot, who are both New Brunswick residents, received non-life threatening injuries, according to a statement from Capt. J.T. Miller.
According to the release, both men are "familiar" with each other and that the "preliminary investigation suggests they were targets of the shooting."
The statement did not indicate if there is a suspect or suspects in the shooting.
