NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ - Tuesday morning’s commute could be a slippery one.
The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather conditions alert through Tuesday at 10 a.m.
The worst of it could come Monday night into Tuesday morning, when rain, snow, sleet and freezing rain will hit the area in and around New Brunswick.
Snow and rain is expected to start after 5 p.m. Monday.
The winter weather is expected to continue into Tuesday night, when a chance of rain and snow is possible up until midnight.
