Summer adult fitness program begin June 22nd and run through August. Classes include 6:00AM Power Flex, an outdoor early-morning workout designed to increase metabolism and energy level! Also, for the early-to-rise crowd is 7:30AM Yoga which encourages stretching, breathing & relaxing to reduce stress and tension.
Evening offerings include additional Yoga classes as well as Body Shaping - a total body workout that focuses on cardiovascular and strengthening exercises.
Fees are $50 for a 10 class session. Classes are open to resident and non-resident adults.
Available at no charge is daytime Senior Tennis at the Municipal Courts and evening sessions of Men’s pick-up basketball.
