NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ - Thursday brought out a bit of Irish in everyone that attended the After Hours St. Patrick's Night at the DeCorso Center.

There was plenty of green to go around -- an emblem of spring and all things Irish.

"Irish Night was a huge success due to the hard work of our committee. Without our dedicated volunteers, After Hours would not be possible," said Patty Kummer, After Hours co-chair.

“After Hours” events are monthly social evenings for New Providence 50+ Adults sponsored by the New Providence Community Activities Department.

"We look forward to April 21st and learning line dancing, which is a new activity we are trying. We will also be making sandwiches in service to an organization to be decided by the planning committee," said Peggy Brodeur, After Hours co-chair.

Mark your calendars to learn how to dance the most popular line dances at the next Community Activities Committee After Hours event at 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 21 at the DeCorso Community Center located at 15 East Fourth Street in New Providence.
