The Connection is hosting a FREE workshop, Falun Gong: Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance, October 29th from 3:00-5:00pm.
Falun Gong is a Chinese spiritual practice that combines meditation and Qigong exercises with a philosophy that emphasizes morality and the cultivation of virtue. Through the practices of meditation with slow-moving gentle exercises and regulated breathing it cultivates improved mind and body. There are five gentle exercises, including meditation, which are highly effective ways to improve health and energy.
Workshop leaders Ms. Jing and Mr. Liang will lead you through the core exercises and basics of Falun Gong to help relieve stress, create harmony and build inner peace. Learn techniques you can do at home. Suitable for all ages.
