The Connection is hosting two FREE dance fitness workshops, “Dance Sculpt” and “Body Definitions”, on Saturday, October 17th from 2:15-4:30pm led by Master Instructor and Professional Dancer, Daniel Dalpiaz. The workshop is free and open to the public; membership is not required.

“Dance Sculpt” (2:15-3:15pm) is a dance/fitness class to activate muscles and awaken minds. Athleticism meets grace and power in this class where dynamic choreographed movements are set to contemporary music.

“Body Definitions (3:30-4:30pm) is a high energy but low impact class to get heart rates pumping. Daniel Dalpiaz combines form, flexibility, control and endurance for a full body sculpting experience that is gentle to the joints.
