A Total Facility Membership at The Connection offers so much more than just a gym. At The Connection, members become part of a community, welcomed by their friendly, personal staff. In addition to use of the Fitness Center, Total Facility Members also have access to the pool and the option to attend any Adult Wellness class.

Get into shape minus the sweat in The Connection’s beautiful 5 lane pool. Adult learn to swim classes for all levels, water exercise, gentle aerobics, lap swim, and recreational swim are all included in a Total Facility Membership.

Develop and strengthen a large range of muscles in The Connection’s daily water exercise classes. The resistance of the water provides a deceptively invigorating workout without the intense impact and strain of working out on land. Gentle Aerobics is ideal for someone who is developing or already has muscle concerns and needs to be mindful of stress put on joints.  This class supports joints while encouraging free movement.  Water exercise classes are offered daily at a variety of times.  Evening classes will be added to the Fall 2015 schedule.

2017 Pioneer football players took on a tall task of filling a lot of open spots with not many returning players. We had 30 kids on our football team who all wanted to be there. With a new head coach who just came on board in late April, we had a lot of things to do without much time. Most people would say being on a 1-9 football team would be no fun and, at times, it wasn’t, but it was the ...
