Lantern Hill Hosts Employee Health and Wellness Fair


Well-being benefits one of the many reasons Lantern Hill is a Great Place to Work

On November 1, Lantern Hill, a distinctive Erickson Living Retirement Community in New Providence, New Jersey, hosted an Employee Health and Wellness Fair.  More than 60 employees attended the event which featured free flu shots and health IQs, booths on safety and Erickson Living benefits, refreshments, giveaways, raffle prizes and local vendors.

“We had a great turnout for our event,” said Director of Human Resources Graham Haskell. “Participants learned about the outstanding benefits we provide our valued employees. As an employer of choice in Union County, Lantern Hill views its diverse staff as its greatest resource and is committed to promoting their well-being.”

Benefits for employees include free flu shots, events like passion walks and the health and wellness fair, as well as financial boot camps, career development open houses. Lantern Hill also offers staff access to its on-site fitness center as well as Erickson Living’s Wellness Fund that provides reimbursements for qualifying personal fitness expenses.
