On January 18, Lantern Hill’s sales team welcomed more than 150 visitors to a planning event as part of its Phase Two launch of two additional five-story buildings—Oakwood Court and Maple Glen. The new residences, currently under construction, will add 114 independent living apartment homes to the distinctive continuing care retirement community in New Providence, New Jersey, for a total of 275 independent living apartment homes. In June 2016, Lantern Hill opened 161 independent living apartment homes in Phase One, which sold-out in 10 weeks.
The independent living apartment homes offered range in size from one bedroom, one bedroom with a den, to two bedrooms, or two bedrooms with a den. Features include stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops, crown molding, wood cabinetry and wood flooring throughout the kitchen, living and dining areas.
At the event, guests enjoyed refreshments, viewed the layouts of the two new buildings, took tours of apartment homes hosted by resident ambassadors and had the opportunity to meet some of the vendor-partners of the Erickson Realty and Moving Services program, who can help in the move and transition to Lantern Hill.
“There is a huge demand for additional residences at Lantern Hill,” said Sales Director Randy Carroll. “Our beautiful community is fulfilling a need for people who want to stay in the area when they retire and live a maintenance free and active lifestyle.”
Boasting 20 acres of stunning green space and elegant, contemporary architecture, Lantern Hill’s independent living community provides a vibrant lifestyle to seniors with an abundance of amenities including three on-site restaurants, an all-season pool and fitness center, art studio, library, theater, transportation, on-site medical center, 24-hour concierge services and secure underground parking.
