Lantern Hill Launches Hiring Campaign

Lantern Hill, a new Erickson Living continuing care retirement community in New Providence, New Jersey, announced it has launched a campaign to hire nearly 100 employees in early 2016. Positions are currently available for critical roles in facilities, human resources,housekeeping, administration, security, transportation, fitness, resident services and hospitality. In addition, later in 2016, approximately 100 more jobs will be posted for positions in dining services, continuing care and nursing. “We are looking for enthusiastic and caring individuals to joining our dynamic team,” said Executive Director Patricia Swan.“Our employees experience an exceptional work environment in a community where residents experience retirement the way it is meant to be—invigorating and fulfilling." Residents will move into the 161 independent living apartments of Phase 1 in late spring 2016 followed by the opening of 85 continuing care residences in the fall of 2016. Within the first few years, the community will add 114 more Independent Living apartment homes, for a total of 275. Some of the many amenities include three onsite restaurants, fitness center, transportation, 24-hour concierge services, secure underground parking and a theater.
