Dear Citizens,

The construction around town has been completely harrowing but completely necessary. Our infrastructure has been in need of repairs and upgrading. Between the weather and the utilities (both of which we have no control over), immediate needs, scheduling and timing, our patience and understanding has been tested including my own. Please be assured that we are working to improve the flow of public information, and to better, more adequately inform and prepare everyone especially during major inconveniences like the ones we are all now experiencing. On behalf of the borough, and myself, we apologize for all the headaches and inconveniences during these necessary repairs and borough upgrades, and are striving to improve our public information communications.
