Elghettey has worked in 5 star restaurants on the Mediterranean, working his way up through every position possible in the dining room and the kitchen. "We bring something spectacular to the town that everybody will be proud of."

"I'm glad we have completed construction and am so glad to be here in New Providence," said Elghettey. "Working with the hotel has been a privilege and an honor. The management team has been a tremendous support."

Both Kerry Lee, hotel manager, and Bill Boyle, owner of Boyle Hotels, are very proud of the hotel renovations, the restaurant, along with their achievements that include recently being honored with the Best Western Chairman's award

"This place, Moe's Bistro, is here to stay," said Lee. "Of all the changes at the Murray Hill Inn we made during the past few months, the biggest is welcoming Moe's Bistro to our hotel family.  We wish him many successful years ahead."

Elghettey credits restaurant manager Lisa Grafas and his staff, "I am nothing without them."

"The level of caring from the Boyle Management team has been tremendous and tipped the scale. --- New Providence is a great town in which to conduct business and we love the vibe and the people. I hope you consider us a new family member in New Providence," Elghettey said.
