NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ - New Providence Lions Club recently held their first meeting of 2020.

“We have a busy, community-focused year coming up with a number of traditional events and a few special projects planned throughout the year. This year we will be participating in the 300th year celebration of New Providence’s founding, as well as, our own celebration of 51 years of service to this wonderful community,“ said President Ed Morgan.

The New Providence Lions Club is a 501(c)3 organization, giving back to the community 100% of the funds raised.  Organizations that benefit from our annual support include NP Recreation Dept., Fire Dept., Community Service Assoc., EMS Rescue Squad, Senior Citizens Center, PBA, NPHS Scholarships, NP Historical Society, Health Fair, NP Public Library, Drive for Autism, Soup Kitchen 411, Bonds of Courage and many more!
