This Saturday, November 16th at 9am at Foley Field in Bloomfield, NP PAL's 4th/5th grade team (D Level, who are 8-1) plays Scotch Plains-Fanwood (8-1) in a rematch of their September 29th meeting where NP won 14-0. If NP wins, they would finish as Divisional Super Bowl Champions.  D Level has just one loss to Chatham in the first game of the season, which they avenged later in the regular season and again in the playoffs

Later on Saturday November 16th, at 1:30pm at Foley Field in Bloomfield, NP PAL's 8th grade team (A team, who are 9-0) plays Berkeley Heights (8-1) in a rematch of their November 3rd meeting where NP won 28-14 in a very physical game. If NP wins, they would finish the season as Divisional Super Bowl Champions with a perfect 10-0 record. This would be the second time this team has won the Divisional title, last winning it 3 years ago when the boys were in 5th grade. While their offense has been impressive scoring fewer than 4 TDs only 3 times during the season, their defense has been even better. They have held opponents to shut-outs 4 times while giving up just 7 TDs through 9 games.

Come out and support the New Providence teams this weekend and wish them good luck as they play for division titles.
