NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ - The New Providence Business Community announced the winners of the 2016 Scarecrow Stroll Contest. The winners will be presented with their prizes at the Nov. 14 Borough Council meeting at 7 p.m. at Borough Hall.
 
"Every single scarecrow was so amazing and so thoroughly enjoyed by everyone," said Christine Morgan. "Thank you to everyone who participated!  We hope you had as much fun as we did. Please remember to support local business and  shop New Providence."
 
With over 2,000 votes cast, the Scarecrow Contest winners are:
