NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ - The monthly meeting for the New Providence Democrats will take place on Thursday, April 26, at the DeCorso Center at 7 p.m. Among the many items on its agenda are two guest speakers from Moms Demand Action. Joan Peters will be discussing who Moms Demand Action are, their platform and how they are working to get common sense gun laws passed in New Jersey. Arlene Rappaport Vezza is the “Be Smart” lead for Moms Demand Action which is a program that focuses on how to keep children from unsecured guns in the home.

Other items on the agenda include kicking off our 2018 campaigns, ways to become involved with the campaign and/or the club, and several more actionable items. All are welcome to attend and bring friends.

Complimentary, onsite childcare will be available. Pizza will be served for those who are attending the meeting.
