“Setting into Your New Home” meeting held May 17
NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ - Lantern Hill, a new, distinctive Erickson Living continuing care retirement community in New Providence, New Jersey, is pleased to welcome its first residents to campus this summer. On May 17, Executive Director Patricia Swan hosted a “Settling into Your New Home” meeting for more than 90 pioneer residents.
Swan gave a warm welcome to the residents. “We share a vision. And the vision is a campus that you can be proud of, that you can enjoy, that you find beautiful and convenient, and that you feel is a good value,” said Swan. “These are the hallmarks of an Erickson Living campus.”
During the meeting, residents received information about the next steps in the moving-in process as well as details on campus security, transportation, concierge services, signature dining program, parking, fitness center, amenities, and activities.
The campus remains 98% sold out, with only a few apartment homes coming back to the sales office and re-selling quickly.
Residents will move into the 161 independent living apartments of Phase 1 in summer 2016 followed by the opening of 85 continuing care residences. Within the first few years, the community will add 114 more Independent Living apartment homes, for a total of 275.
