Providence! Integrated Health & Fitness Opens Registration for Yoga for Teens and Tweens Program

Registration is now open for a six-week session of Yoga for Teens and Tweens at Providence! Integrated Health & Fitness. 

Ask yourself if you have shared the benefits of Yoga with your children. If the answer is 'No,' now is the opportunity to do so. This program guides teens and tweens through the mind and body benefits of yoga. 

Practicing yoga can reduce school stress, improve concentration, increase patience and promote positive body image. Plus it's great for the young athlete!

Yoga for Teens (Ages 13 to 16), begins on April 3. Classes are Mondays from 4 to 4:45 p.m.

Yoga for Tweens (Ages 9 to 12) starts on March 29. Classes are Mondays from 3:30 to 4:15 p.m. 

A six-week session is $80.

Watchung Borough Mayor and Council Approve Affordable Housing Settlement

WATCHUNG, NJ -The Watchung Borough Council voted on Thursday night  to settle its third round affordable housing obligation mandated by the state of New Jersey. Watchung Borough’s immunity from builder's remedy lawsuits  expires on June 30.

 Mayor Stephen Pote was forced to cast the deciding vote after the council deadlocked at 3-3.
