Salt Brook PTA Thanks Sponsors and Donors for Night at the Races Support

On Friday, March 13, the Salt Brook PTA hosted "A Night at the Races" fundraiser for the parents and teachers of local New Providence students. Over 200 people attended this exciting evening out, which included 90 baskets of prizes, impressive silent auctions, and fantastic food, plus three fun horse races.

Thanks to the generous support of our corporate sponsors along with local businesses, parents, and teachers, the event raised over $17,000 to help fund PTA events like the science fair, spelling bee, curriculum residency programs and more! A portion of the night's proceeds will also go toward the ongoing renovation of the Salt Brook School library.

This night would not have been such a resounding success without the help of our major sponsors:

And Over Here is the Dining Hall 2

My very first job in admissions was while I was still an undergraduate myself as a tour guide.  Very early on they indoctrinated us with some tricks of the trade.  It’s a dining hall, not a cafeteria.  A residence hall, not a dorm.  If you have to divulge some negative bit of information, sandwich it between two positives.  There were instructions for glossing over ...
