NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ - The League of Women Voters of Berkeley Heights, New Providence and Summit will be holding a meeting on Hunger in New Jersey on Monday, September 21 at 7:30 p.m. at the DeCorso Community Center, 15 East 4th Street in New Providence. 

September is Hunger Action Month.  Diane Riley, Director of Advocacy for the Community Food Bank of New Jersey, will be speaking. 

This event is free and open to the public.  Refreshments will be served.

Attendees are encouraged to bring food for donation.  Most needed items are canned tuna, salmon, chicken, soup, chili stews, shelf stable milk, pasta, rice, and cereal.
