Summer Registration at The Connection is now ongoing. The Summer term runs from June 26-August 20 and offers a variety of youth and adult classes.  Adults can stay in shape by exercising in the fitness center or pool, or by taking any of the Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Cardio, Fitness or Dance classes offered.

The Connection’s “iSwim” summer swim lesson program fits perfectly into busy summer schedules. Lessons will be offered Monday thru Friday, in weekly increments, for eight weeks. Choose the week(s) that work best with your summer schedule. Children will be divided into swim groups on the first day of class, based on swim ability and comfort level.

3-6 year olds will be taught basic front and back skills including arm/leg actions, floating, jumping, and gliding in a 30 minute lesson.  Other skills include safety in and around the water, full submerging, and deep water exploration.

 Students ages 6+ will be taught the fundamentals of freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke in a 45 minute class. Other skills taught include jumping, diving, and treading. Lesson held in both shallow and deep water.  

Weekend and additional week day swim lessons are also available over the summer; classes run once a week from June 26-August 18. Parent/child, preschool, school age and special needs classes are available in The Connection’s indoor pool.

Kids can also stay active in The Connection’s dance and karate classes this summer!
