Robert A. Bianchi, Morris County Prosecutor, will address the Summit Old Guard at their June 19 meeting on the spread of gangs in New Jersey.
 
Mr. Bianchireceived his Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1988. He has been Morris County Prosecutor since 2007.  Hehas an impressive background as a trial attorney in numerous felony cases including many high profile murder cases. Recent years has seen a disturbing trend in the appearance of gangs in NJ suburbs. This has been a growing concern for many communities.Mr. Bianchi will address this issue.
 
 
All area 50-plus active men are invited to attend meetings of the Old Guard on Tuesday mornings at the New Providence Municipal Center, 380 Elkwood Ave. Coffee hour starts at 9;15 followed at 10:00 by a short business meeting and at 10:30 by the weekly speaker.
