MORRIS PLAINS, NJ - Jenn Padawer believes in inspiring others to do more of what inspires them. So much so, she has made a career of it. After the birth of her two daughters plus one serendipitous B.I.G. meeting she felt called to take her ten plus years as an Executive Coach and Mindfulness Practioner to work with mompreneurs and small business owners to identify goals, close gaps and eliminate barriers. Her passion is evident. With her motivating style and her commitment to living by her own values, vision and purpose, Padawer is a role model for other women who want to create a life of happiness and fulfillment.
Padawer said, "I believe when we are happy and fulfilled as moms, we create happy homes. Happy homes make our neighborhoods happier. And happier neighborhoods make our entire world a better one."
She continued, "As moms, we have the potential to do mountain moving and inspiring work. The challenge for most women, is not prioritizing the time to figure out what that could look like. The ideas and aspirations we have get pushed until next week. And then next week becomes two years….Each and every women’s individual and unique purpose is desperately needed in the world."
Enter B.I.G. The place where a woman goes to get empowered, uncover her gifts and get support so she can be the best woman she can be. After her first meeting a year ago, she knew she had found her people, “I had never before experienced such a sense of giving and genuine acceptance in a roomful of women who under other circumstances might be very competitive.” Given their shared mission, it just made sense, when approached by founder Tara Gilver, that she accept the Leadership role of the Morristown, NJ Pod.
Her passion for empowering the members of B.I.G. has lead to the amazing opportunity of taking 70+ B.I.G. Leaders through a year of empowerment coaching to continue growing and spreading the critical mission of B.I.G.: Every woman has gifts and talents that deserved to be shared.
