Mayor Al Morgan, Council President Robert Munoz and Congressman Leonard Lance were among the many to gather at New Providence Presbyterian Church to honor five young men who earned the Boy Scouts highest advancement rank: Eagle Scout.

The five new Eagle Scouts: Patrick Lamana, Nicholas Caburis, Justin Lee, Kevin Montrone, and Jeremy DeMarco all began their scouting journey as Cub Scouts with Pack 263.  Each has held various leadership positions during their Scouting career.  Troop 63 was charted in 1931 and has since seen 105 of its members become Eagle Scouts.

Troop 63 welcomes new members.  The troop meets every Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. during the school year at The Presbyterian Church at New Providence, 1307 Springfield Avenue.
