Cheryl was born in New York City to Magaly Formoso and Dario Guevara. She was raised in North Bergen and lived in Scotch Plains for seven years prior to moving to New Providence, two years ago. Cheryl achieved a bachelor’s degree from New York University, where she also spent her career as a public relations professional. She was a New York Yankees fanatic and enjoyed cheering on her favorite players Tino Martinez and Derek Jeter --- she's been quoted as saying, “I bleed blue for my Yankees.” But, above all she was a loving wife, caring mother, wonderful daughter, amazing friend and beautiful person, who loved her family and friends with all her heart.
Cheryl is survived by her beloved husband and high school sweetheart, Rafael Feliciano, whom she met 20 years ago and married nine years ago; her cherished sons Xavier and Sebastian Feliciano; her loving mother, Magaly; and her sister, Stephanie. Cheryl was predeceased by her father, Dario.
