On May 8, New Providence Middle School and High School students were featured in an Arts Festival: Art Night Out. The collaboration between the visual and practical arts department, the NPHS Literary Magazine and the Tri-M Music Society culminated in an art gallery that ran through the main lobby and hallways to the newly redesigned media center.  2D and 3D visual art, fabric arts, woodworking, furniture design, and engineering and architecture works representing over 500 students were displayed while high school students presented chamber music. The annual Literary Magazine was unveiled during the festival as well. The event was funded by the middle school PTO and the high school PTSA.
