Alignment Based Yoga

Alignment Based Vinyasa yoga emphasizes the integration of body, mind, and spirit. This class will challenge and refine your flexibility, strength and balance. Students are encouraged to develop their knowledge and connection of asanas (poses) and pranayama (breathing). The focus of this class is precise alignment in the poses with the use of props, such as: blocks, straps and blankets that support the body and allow for more depth and body awareness. Hands on guidance and support is offered to every student to help find the pose.
