Getting a cardiovascular workout using a variety of techniques to get your body moving and your heart rate up is what this class is all about.  Using light hand held weights, resistance bands, body bars, fitness circles, and your own body resistance and body movement, you will strengthen and sculpt your body.  Please wear sneakers.
