Essential Hatha Flow Yoga

This traditional yoga class focuses on holding the poses (asanas).  The poses are held anywhere from 5 to 10 breaths.  Holding the poses for this length of time greatly increases flexibility and strength while enhancing posture.  Class ends with a relaxation and meditation asana.
