Essential Hatha Yoga

Essential Hath Yoga is a traditional Yoga Class focusing on holding the poses (asanas).  The poses are held anywhere from 5 to 10 breaths.  Holding the poses for this length of time greatly increase flexibility and strength while enhancing posture.  Class ends with a relaxation and meditation asana.
