Hath Yoga Flow

Hatha Yoga Flow is a traditional class focusing on holding the poses (asanas) but has a gentle flowing movement too.  The poses are held from 5 to 10 breaths.  Holding the poses for this length of tiem greatly increase flexibility and strength while enhancing posture.  Class ends with a relaxation and meditation asana.
