Hatha Flow Yoga

Hatha Flow has a gently flowing movement to the class in addition to holding the poses anywhere from 5 to 10 breaths.  Holding the poses for this lenght of time greatly increase flexibility and strength while enhancing posture.  Class ends with a relaxation and meditation asana.
