Hatha Flow Yoga

Hatha Flow Yoga is a traditional yoga class focusing on holding the poses (asanas) . The poses are held anywhere from 5 to 10 breaths. Holding the poses this length of time greatly increases flexibility and strength while enhancing overall posture. This class is taught in a noncompetitive environment and is designed to encourage each student to know and appreciate their own body through yoga. Using breath-work and yoga postures (with modifications as needed) the goal of each class is to gently strengthen and increase flexibility in the body while exploring the connections between mind, body, and spirit.
