Pilates Reformer

The Pilates Reformer is an exercise machine used to incorporate the Pilates exercise technique. Springs, leverage and body weight are used as resistance while performing movements targeting specific muscle groups. Workouts consist of controlled, flowing movements working your muscles through a full range of motion. Pilates Reformer is taught as an open level class with modifications for the beginner and variations for the advanced. Semi-private group class limited to 3 individuals.  Please call the Front Desk for more information.
