Power Core Yoga

Power Core Yoga is a strengthening yoga class combining the use of light weights, ab and core work, and balance while holding the asanas with added breath work. Once the asanas are held, the challenge is released and a flow of movement is added to see the benefits of strengthening poses. This class can be modified to meet all levels of yoga practices.
