Restorative Yoga and Reiki

Feel your body and your mind relax in Restorative Yoga.  Using props to support your body in yoga poses, this class encourages deep relaxation.  The class consists of gentle warm-ups, passive poses held for a longer duration, yoga nidra (yogic sleep) and meditation.

Reiki Meditation is a Japanese vibration energy therapy facilitated by light touch, on or slightly off the body bringing balance to the body, mind and spirit.  

Open to all levels -- assistance is offered.
