Summit YMCA Hosts Brown Bag Medication Check Up

Summit YMCA will be hosting free private and personal consultations with a hospital pharmacist who will offer a professional evaluation of your prescription medications, over the counter (OTC) medications, and/or herbal supplements.  The pharmacist will offer tips for safe and effective medication uses, adherence to medication regimens, answers to your questions about medications as well as screenings for blood pressure and diabetes.  This program is being offered by Atlantic Health Systems/Overlook Hospital.

Bring ALL your medication bottles (including over the counter and herbal supplements) and medication list for this FREE consultation.
