Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures.  The yoga postures are designed to enhance flexibility and improve cardiovascular endurance while strengthening and toning one's body.  This traditional yoga practice helps calm the mind and improve one's overall health.
